The successful candidate for the position of Site Manager will receive a competitive salary package, offering flexibility between an hourly rate and an annual salary.

Hourly Rate: £21 per hour/ Annual Salary: £41,000 per year

With a rich history since 1999, my client specialises in delivering high-quality masonry projects that blend craftsmanship with modern construction techniques. As we continue to grow, they are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to join their team and contribute to the success of their projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage on-site construction activities for Traditional Masonry projects.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Implement and enforce health and safety regulations on-site, promoting a safe working environment for all team members.
• Schedule and manage resources efficiently to meet project deadlines and budgetary constraints.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to masonry construction standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Regularly report project progress to senior management and address any challenges proactively.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team culture, motivating and leading on-site staff to achieve project goals.

Requirements:

To be considered for the role, candidates must possess the following certifications and qualifications:

1. SMSTS (CITB Site Safety Training Scheme)

2. FAW (First Aid at Work)

3. Heritage Skills Roof Slate and Tiler: (Gold CSCS Industry Accredited)

4. Fire Safety Advanced (RSPA Certified Fire Marshal)

5. Asbestos Awareness (iatp Certified)

6. Safeguarding Awareness For Workers (ConCEST Certified)

8. Working at Height (RSPA Certified)

9.10 Years experience
