Our client based in County Durham is looking for an experienced Site Manager to work on a long term contract in Northumberland.
Job description:
- Overseeing the refurbishment of kitchens, bathrooms and heating upgrades.
- Ensuring work is carried out within budget and to the highest standards.
- Carrying out tool box talks.
- Ensuring the site is ran productively.
- Maintaining records and reports for site, including H&S Records, daily activities, labour and supplier feedback.
- Completing weekly management reports.
- Managing daily activities on the site.
- Liaising with customers.
- Representing the company in a professional manner at all times.
Person specification:
- Must have a valid SMSTS and CSCS card.
- First Aid certified.
- Must have or be willing to get a DBS check.
- Must have knowledge of heating systems.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a positive work environment.
- Must have a valid UK driving license.
- Experience of managing a team of various trades.
