This is an exciting opportunity to join a well established maintenance company, and become a permanent member of the team
- We are after someone who has previous experience on Planned works projects within a Social housing setting.
- You will lead the day-to-day activity of the Project, ensuring all business objectives are met, within overall time, cost and budget
Offering £30.00ph PAYE, + company vehicle/ fuel card
Needs:
- Full UK driving licence
- SMSTS
- Experience working on planned works projects
