Site Operations Manager

Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a leading manufacturer in the appointment of a Site Operations Manager.

This Operations Manager will join an established business recognised for its fast-paced manufacturing and wholesale services in the B2B FMCG space.

As the Site Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimising day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

Key responsibilities for this Site Operations Manager will include:

• Lead and manage all aspects of Site Operations, including production, inventory management, quality control, safety protocols, warehouse, and transport. A total headcount of 60 people. 
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflow, reduce costs, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of site personnel, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Serve as a liaison between Site Operations and senior management, providing regular updates and reports on operational performance and challenges.

• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant operations management software.
