Your new role
As the Site Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include managing site activities, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and safety protocols. Supervising staff and contractors, coordinating work schedules, and delegating tasks. Monitoring site performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing efficient processes. Collaborating with other departments to achieve organisational goals.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar Site Operations Management role, with strong leadership skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive work environment. You should be familiar with environmental regulations and sustainable practices and have strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders.
