Plater /Welder required to carry out welding repairs 
Contract 
 
Monday - Sunday 
12 hours days 
 
Paying up to £22 CIS or UMB
Overnight accomodation provided 
 
Overtime paid at time and half Weekdays and Saturday 
Sunday double time 
 
Based in Ely Cambridgeshire 
Starts 4th July

THE ROLE OF Plater/ Welder 
The Removal of gear boxes
Bearing replacements
Duplex chain replacement
Shaft replacements
Plate weld repairs
Hard facing weld repairs
Changing sprockets
 
The welder Must have experience in:
 
MIG welding light and heavy gauge steel 
 
Fabrication must be able to cut, grind and burn steel 
 
Mechanical fitting experience 
 
Ability to work to customers drawings and specifications
 
Team Player
 
The successful candidate must have certificates in IOSH, CCNSG, SPA, EMSS
