Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain highly available and scalable infrastructure
• Proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure continuous service availability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and efficient systems
• Streamline operational processes through automation and optimisation
• Implement best practises for monitoring, alerting, and incident response
• Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to production incidents

Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Strong experience in Site Reliability Engineering or systems administration
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Ruby
• Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, or Chef)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Essential Skills:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD)
• Knowledge of networking and security principles
• Experience with log management and monitoring tools (ELK, Prometheus)
