The Role
We are currently recruiting for an Document Controller/Site Secretary to work on a new build EFW plant based in Irvine, Scotland. The role is working with the EPC on the project, and will be working alongside the project lead onsite.
Role Responsibilities:
* Supports with Administration & HR issues, related to the Site.
* Provides secretarial/administrative support in the running of the day-to-day activities of the Site
* Prepare documentation for site inspections
* Partake in site meetings with the clients and ensure the project is up to date in terms of documentation
* Manages and maintain site’s filing system.
* Manages Site’s outgoing and incoming mails.
* Coordinates all activities relating to Expatriates’ personnel (housing, transportation arrangements, site benefits, etc.). according to internal procedures
Qualifications and Skills:
* Advanced user of Microsoft including Excel and Word.
* Excellent Communication Skills
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Prior experience with SAP ERP Software is considered a plus.
* Process Plant environment experience ideal
