We have a great opportunity for an experienced administrator looking to develop a career with our highly successful engineering client at very exciting times of growth.

Working as part of the engineering department you will provide assistance to the engineering team including design engineers, shop floor, production and site engineering staff.

The role of Site Services Administrator will involve:

• General point of contact for telephone calls for the Site Services Office
• Assist Site Services Engineers with preparation of quotations, completion of customer documents and compliance schedules.
• Preparation of Contract Review Document File.
• Uploading/extracting documentation
• Issue completed projects to the accounts department to be invoiced.
• Enter new contracts on to the Site Services loading sheet.
• General clerical duties
• Issuing and checking of purchase orders and values
• Other general duties as required.

The ideal candidate for the role of Site Services Administrator will have:

• Previous administration experience
• Previous experience within an engineering / construction / shop floor / production environment
• Good use of MS Office including Word and Excel
• This role would suit a recent graduate with a degree of similar in an engineering discipline.
• You must be highly organised with the ability to work under pressure
• Experience of ISO 9001 / 14001 would be an advantage but not essential
