Site Supervisor

My Client is seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual for the position of Site Supervisor. As a key member of their team, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating projects
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a previous supervisory role within the civil engineering industry.
- CSR (Construction Skills Register) or equivalent certification.
- Holds NRSWA (New Roads and Street Works Act) units.
- Possesses relevant Health and Safety cards.
- Previous experience related to Openreach or working on a fibre build network is essential.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate civil engineering projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
- Maintain a safe and compliant work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Utilise experience in Openreach or fibre build network projects to enhance the efficiency of current projects.
- Mentor and lead a team of skilled workers to deliver high-quality results.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of civil engineering processes and procedures.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
