Site Supervisor

Carmichaels are seeking a Site Supervisor to work on a major civil engineering project in the Aylesbury area.

Experience working on earthworks and drainage projects is desirable.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety protocols.
2. Lead and coordinate construction activities, including resource allocation.
3. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues that may impact timelines or quality.
4. Collaborate with project managers, engineers to ensure effective communication and project success.
5. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with engineering specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
6. Provide leadership and support to on-site teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
7. Assist in the implementation of quality control measures to ensure the highest standards are maintained.
