Job Description
- Oversee and manage construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget (either under a Project Manager, or as a number 1)
- Coordinate and collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure work quality and adherence to specifications
- Provide leadership and guidance to site staff, including training and development opportunities
- Trade background would be advantageous (Carpentry etc)
