Site Supervisor Duties:
* Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
* Supervising/ instructing operatives as well as subcontractors.
* Enforcing site safety rules to minimise work-related accidents and injuries.
* Handling site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol.
* Analysing plans and schematics to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
Managing relationships with clients and liaising with management to ensure expectations are managed.
* Communicating effectively with the Operations Team to ensure that contracts run on time, to budget and with quality expectations met.
*Ideally have good knowledge and experience of working with roofing.
*Managing multiple sites and visiting multiple sites on a daily basis.
Qualifications
• SMSTS qualification
• Relevant Construction Management NVQ Level 4 or above
• CSCS Black Managers Card
• Full UK Driving License
• First Aid certification
