Site Supervisor

Phoneix Gray are looking for a Site Supervior.

Main purpose of job:
To liaise with main contractor, attend dabs meetings, provide daily logs of numbers on site, organize materials and labour on site , keep stock of material, email correspondence to whole team.

Main tasks of job:

• Meeting Main Contractors on site , checking if contracts ready to proceed, liason with our Ceramic tillers, with regards to progress, materials and Quality
• Snagging Ceramic tilers work
• Producing a hand over process and de- snag prior to main contractors snag
• Keeping material tidy ,safe , tools , cutters pallet trucks locked.
• Counting /recy/ measure material requirements and stocks on site and order in time with office
• Assisting with estimating/repricing as required/obtaining Variations from main contractor

• Preparation of Site Safety plans, liaising with Health & Safety Consultant as req

• Site visits to include pre contract meetings, meeting operatives on site to start projects and meet to check on progress
• Attendance at final account meetings with M Director

• General Office duties in line with smooth running of projects
