Key Responsibilities:
As the Site Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Visiting live projects and coordinating logistics for on-site teams
- Efficiently communicating with clients to coordinate works on site
- Providing key information to the leadership team, addressing timescales, meeting deadlines, and overcoming barriers to achieve goals
- Offering logistical support to ensure the smooth operation of all live projects
- Conducting audits on-site to ensure project scopes are adhered to
- Assisting the plant manager in coordinating all equipment on site
- Regular attendance at weekly meetings to review all live sites
Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Experience in managing and coordinating multiple teams
- Strong organisational skills and excellent verbal/written communication abilities
- A proven track record of achieving targets and meeting deadlines
- Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards with client satisfaction as a top priority
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to different personalities internally and externally
- CSCS (Essential)
- Full UK Driving Licence (Essential)
- Valid SSSTS or SMSTS qualification (Desired)
- Experience in working in construction environments
