Overview
The Highcrest Academy is looking to recruit a dynamic and friendly member of the site team to join our established, hardworking team. You will be an able, practical and cheerful self-motivated person.
Salary Type: Bucks pay
Salary details: Bucks Pay Scale 2 Range 11-15, depending on experience (FTE £21,879 to £23,961).
Contract type: Permanent
Hours: Shift work by mutual agreement between 7.00 am and 7.00pm, Monday to Friday - 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Our aim is to establish a culture of excellence throughout every element of our academy and move us from Good to Outstanding.
There are approximately 1,000 students on roll, which includes the Sixth Form. A recently completed building programme comprises a brand-new Sixth Form Centre, sports facilities including a gym, and a new restaurant and coffee shop for both students and staff. We also have a thriving House system that brings our whole school community together.

About the role
Duties will include premises maintenance/upkeep, security of the buildings and site, ensuring that inside and outside environments are well maintained and meet all Health and Safety requirements. The successful candidate will work shifts in conjunction with other members of the team, although a flexible approach to working will be required.
