The Role
As a Site Talent Advisor you will have a hands on approach, with an appetite for autonomy you will be responsible for one or more Finnebrogue sites. You will promote a culture of continuous Learning and Development. In your role you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing and coordinating various learning programmes across the site. A focus will be placed and work-force planning and upskilling employees. Training relevant compliance will also be critical element of this role.
Duties and responsibilities of the role:
•Assist employees post onboarding with role specific development
•Design and create online training material for the companies LMS system
•Coordinate and schedule training sessions and workshops.
•Evaluate the effectiveness of development programmes.
•Promote and coordinate group training.
•Assist and deliver employee development reviews
•Succession and workforce planning
•Coordinate and assist with “Feed your future programme”
•Liaise with auditors and external parties where required.
•Attend events to represent Finnebrogue.
Hours of WorkThis role will follow an office shift pattern of Monday- Friday. 37.5 hours a week, with core office hours 10am – 4pm. There may be occasions where flexibility is required for this role.
What it takes
The essential criteria for this role is as follows:
•2+ Year experience in a training capacity.
•Experience creating and developing training within Learning and Development.
•Evidence of good planning, organisational and time management skills
•Strong computer skills for designing and creating content Proven ability to work on own initiative
•Driven and energetic
•Excellent presentational skills
•Focus on speed and accuracy
•Able to work flexibly to ensure business needs are met
•Ability to work as part of a team.
•Excellent attention to detail
•Ability to work under pressure to achieve objectives
In the event of extended shortlisting the following criteria will be applied:•Experience within an HR or Learning and Development department.
•Level 5 CIPD
•Degree in a relevant discipline.
•Manufacturing Experience.
