Job Description
- Ensure all equipment is running efficiently
- Perform routine maintenance checks
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues
- Coordinate with team members on project tasks
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
- Communicate with management about equipment status
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance processes
- Provide training to other staff members when required
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Site Technician' should have:
- A level 3 NVQ or equivalent qualification in Engineering or a related field
- Knowledge of engineering principles and equipment maintenance
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- An understanding of health and safety regulations
