Hydraulics Site Technician required for a manufacturer in Rochester. Technicians cover a range of disciplines including diagnostic work, new installations, removal and re-installations of components, upgrades, renewals, hose replacement service, system monitoring and service. This work may be carried out within the workshop and on-site for our clients.

Site Technician - Hydraulics Position Overview

• Assembly / fault finding / problem solving undertaking various stripping and fitting processes
• Call out
• Working flexible hours

• When working on a client site:
• You will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance and repairs on hydraulic equipment
• Trouble- shooting equipment malfunctions.
• Consulting with the customer on repair and safety related issues.
• Generating sales leads during service call for related products and services.
• Completing appropriate documentation and ensuring this paperwork is handed to Site Coordinator
• Complete all necessary reports and inspections as required
• Time sheets - you are responsible for submitting your timesheet, we will not pay overtime without a timesheet. Please ensure that these are submitted in good time
• Other tasks and responsibilities appropriate to the position as agreed by the Production Manager

• 26k- 32k depending on experience
