Site/Project Manager - Fitout

• Site/Project Manager, London based
• Oversee ceilings, partitions, drywall, wall finishes
• Three to four projects at any one time
• Luxury hotel refurb/fitout projects across London
• Hybrid working set-up

Join an established fitout/refurb contractor and oversee a number of projects across the capital. You'll specifically take on full responsibility for the suspended ceilings, partitions, drywall, floor/wall finishes working closely with the other project managers and directors.

What you'll need:

• At least 5 years experience with a Specialist Subcontractor working on construction fit out projects, delivering similar packages (drywall, suspended ceilings, wall & floor finishes)
• Experience working on hotel fitout projects (ideal)
• Knowledge of logistics management and inspection processes
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
• SMSTS, NVQ6 or Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
• Experience with CAD a real plus
