This is an exciting opportunity to join the Luminate HE MIS team as SITS (Strategic Information Technology Services) Systems Developer, being responsible for thedevelopment, configuration, and build within Tribal SITS. It s a student information system used to store, administer and manage all elements of student data from initial application through to degree ceremony attendance.
The role will involve havingexpert SITS development knowledge with hands on experience to inform business process decisions.
The main focus for this role will be the realisation of Registry processes that support and compliment the implementation of Tribal SITS, realising the design and build of the new system, its interfaces, and implementation.

What You Will Do
You will be responsible for building SITS Tasks, Vista, interfaces, and system configuration where required, providing expert SITS technical knowledge and be able to trouble shoot and resolve existing functionality. This will includetechnical and business process change, in particular those that support migration to the new Student Record System.
You will use your Tribal SITS knowledge and experience to support creation of a technical requirements specification for student administration business processes, developing and updatingcomprehensive technical documentation and procedures.
You will build, test, transition, and support project deliverables,identifying, monitoring, and escalatingwhere appropriate risks or issues andinitiating solutions where possible and employing a creative and innovative approach.
About You
You will have development experience with Tribals SITS Vision student record system including expertise in eVision Tasks, TUPs SRLs, SLPs, Vistas, Tribal templates or Blueprints. You will also have experience with SITS Client systemsetup and maintenance and SITS specific scripting and scheduling. You will also have experience of product development, integrations and testing.
You will have knowledgeof UK Higher Education System; student administration; how institutions use student data for meeting institutional aims and objectives; and the statutory requirements for data provision to external agencies.
