Sandrock Services Ltd are a reputable, bespoke construction company who complete high specification commercial and domestic projects across the Isle of Wight.

You will need to be happy to work both as a team and independently.

Reliability & tidiness are essential. As are meticulous attention to detail and sound planning.

You must have:

• A good overall knowledge of building processes.
• 1^st and 2^nd fix carpentry skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and steadiness.
• The ability to set out jobs.
• Be able to read and understand architectural plans.
• Be able to liaise confidently and professionally with clients, suppliers, and other tradesmen.
• Be courteous, friendly, and trustworthy.
• A clean driving licence.
• Safe use of power tools, ladders, concrete mixers and access platforms
• CIS Registration.
• Knowledge of how trucks, diggers, lifting platforms and forklifts are used
• Be able to adhere to strict H&S controls.

This role will be temporary for 3 months but potentially will be extended for the right candidate.

Rates negotiable depending on skills and experience.
