Skilled Laborer

We are seeking a Skilled Laborer to join our team. As a Skilled Laborer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support our construction projects. This is a hands-on role that requires physical strength and the ability to work in various weather conditions. Responsibilities:
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Perform basic carpentry, plumbing, or electrical tasks as needed
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with the team to complete projects on time and within budget
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in construction or a related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of hand and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- Basic understanding of the building trade
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team

Salary: £370.00-£850.00 per week

Expected hours: 30 – 60 per week

• Construction: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• CSCS (preferred)
• Driving Licence (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• Warrington (preferred)
