Skilled Laborer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled labourer to join our team. As a skilled labourer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support construction projects. This is a hands-on role that requires physical strength and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Duties:
- Assist with construction and maintenance projects, including but not limited to fencing, forestry, and landscaping works.
- Operate power tools and machinery safely and efficiently
- Follow plans, instructions, and specifications to complete tasks accurately
- Perform general labour duties such as digging trenches, moving materials, and cleaning work areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work environment

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a skilled labourer or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques and tools
- Ability to read plans and follow instructions accurately
- Excellent manual dexterity and physical stamina
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Skills:
- Fencing skills
- Landscaping skills
- Knowledge of power tools and machinery operation
- Ability to read plans and follow instructions accurately

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

Pay: £13.30-£13.90 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
