Skilled Laborer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Skilled Laborer to join our team. As a Skilled Laborer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support construction and maintenance projects. This is a hands-on role that requires physical strength, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the construction and maintenance of structures, equipment, and facilities
- Operate hand and power tools to complete assigned tasks
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams
- Measure and cut materials according to specifications
- Install, repair, and maintain various systems and components
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Skilled Laborer or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, tools, and materials
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and diagrams
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Excellent physical stamina and strength
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: £80.00-£120.00 per day

Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
