Skilled Labourer / Grounds Maintenance

I am currently recruiting a Skilled Labourer / Grounds Maintenance operative, based in Shire Green, S5.
My client, a leading housing association is looking to recruit an operative who will be required to work from Shire Green, clearing gardens and properties of waste.

Must be physically capable of arduous work, experience of using Grounds Maintenance machinery desirable.

Start Date: ASAP start

Temporary position - Permanent after 12 weeks (performance based)

Days: Monday to Friday

Hours: 07:30hrs - 16:00hrs

Pay: 13.05 p/h, paid weekly.

Essential requirements:

• Clean UK Driving Licence
• Own Safety Boots
• Dark Trousers
• Able to get to S5 0 postcode reliably every day, as using the company van outside of work is not permitted.
