We are seeking a full time Landscaper to work in a team on various landscape projects for our clients. The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills and be an attentive worker with great attention to detail. A qualified candidate will be motivated, dependable, and hardworking and capable of completing tasks in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Use hand and power tools .
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Communicate with clients to ascertain the scope of their requests.
Roles & responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee key domestic landscaping projects on time and on budget
- Organise and lead a landscaping team of 2 -3 landscapers on site
- Understand design drawings and set out sites and levels
- Plan, prioritise and work to deadlines
- Ability to problem solve
- Ensure you and your team adhere to H&S guidelines and wear correct PPE
- Experience of using Plant Machinery safely
- Excellent knowledge of laying all types of paving, setts and stone
- Experience in blockwork, brickwork and retaining walls
- Excellence in constructing decking, fencing and timber structures
- Knowledge of shrub and tree planting
- Turfing and seeding

Requirements (not limited to):
- Recognised landscape skills qualification, although desirable not essential
- UK Driving licence not esential if you are close to Stopsley Luton
- ROLO, CSCS card
- Knowledge of Health and safety regulations
- Ability to focus on completing projects when challenges arise

Salary: £24,753.00-£40,000.00 per year
