Job Title: Skilled Metal Finisher
An opportunity has become available at Swift Precision Ltd for an experienced Metal Finisher to join our team.

Swift Precision provides components through to assembly of specialist low volume prototype and development to high volume manufacturing and assembly solutions. We specialise in providing precision sheet metal work and machined components to Aerospace, Instrumentation, Leisure, Scientific, Oil & Gas, Defence, Nuclear, Automotive and other domestic and European markets.
Job Description:
In addition to day to day operational activities, the position will also involve helping in the initial set-up and direction of the department. It is envisaged the successful candidate will help drive the team and also assist with training and development within the department, once established.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Metal finishing background.
- Understanding on Engineering drawings.
- Ability to understanding surface requirements from spec or drawings.
- Ability to hand dress.
- Ability to use hand guided mechanical tools.
- Ability to work independently.
The Position:
- This is a full-time position at 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday (with early finish on Fridays!).
- This position will commence on a fixed day shift basis although the ability to work shifts will become a future requirement.
