About the Role:

Do you want to earn a minimum of £462 per hour? We’re looking for a Skilled Operative to join our team at our site in Wednesbury

About the role:

As a member of the Production Team, a Skilled Operative enables your lines and the rest of the factory to run efficiently and meet different customer’s needs to the required quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities include:

To help ensure the line is prepared for shift start and maintain efficiency throughout.
Ensuring the product is consistently produced to the agreed standards and specifications.
Carrying out relevant product, packaging and label checks.
Ensuring smooth changeovers of products on the line.
Escalating any issues to Technical Operators or Process Leaders.
Supporting Process Leaders in encouraging safe working behaviours.

What we are looking for:

A good understanding of English and numeracy skills.
The ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.

Our Wednesbury site is a flagship Added Value center for Avara, which employ over 150 talented induvials at the site, who help to supply some of the UK’s largest supermarkets and popular restaurants!
