We are currently hiring for a nationwide, growing Property Company, who are looking for a Learning Advisor to join their collaborative and supportive L&D Team.
You will have the opportunity to design and deliver blended learning solutions including class and virtual training as well as the crafting of engaging learning programs via E-learning, with the support of a Digital Learning Advisor.
Responsibilties include but not limited to:
- Lead the end-to-end learning and development process, encompassing needs analysis, design, and delivery of blended learning solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Service and Finance, to identify learning needs and develop engaging training programs.
- Work closely with the Head of Learning & Development in a supportive and collaborative environment, as well as partnering with the Digital Learning Advisor
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
To be a good match for this role you must have:
- At least 18 months experience working in a Learning and Development role/Team
- Have had exposure to design and delivery of training and learning programs
- Be confident at delivery, personable and overall a team player - ideally with a sense of humour and a positive attitude to fit the team well!
