Trainer/Skills Coach- Nottingham We are delighted to support a highly reputable training provider in the East Midlands who is looking for a dynamic Skills Trainer to join their team.About the Company• Non-profit organization with an outstanding reputation• Competitive salary: GBP27,000 - GBP30,000• Generous benefits: 25 days (rising to 30) + bank holidays + flexible Monday-Friday working hoursSummary of the Skills Trainer and Coach• Empower individuals with essential life skills, including Digital Skills, Confidence & Motivation, and Employability.• Craft and deliver diverse sessions tailored to each client's unique needs.• Customize sessions to address individual learner requirements, seamlessly integrating Maths, English, and Digital Skills.• Collaborate with the team to create engaging training activities and materials aligned with accredited courses.• Continuously improve by reviewing and implementing feedback from learners and employers.• Conduct initial assessments to inform individual learning plans and enrol candidates in suitable training programs.• Foster an inclusive learning environment, ensuring health and safety for all.• Work closely with Quality and Compliance Teams to meet standards and requirements.• Actively participate in standardisation activities, sharing best practices for teaching excellence.Skills and Experience We're Looking For in the Skills Trainer and Coach:• Recognised Teaching Qualification and Assessors Award• Functional Skills level 2 or above in English• Experience teaching, coaching and delivering to unemployed learners• Be passionate about teaching, learning and assessment• Knowledge of safeguarding, health and safety, equality, and diversity• Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle for site learner visitsThis opportunity is managed by Pertemps Work-Based Learning and Skills.
