SalaryWe are looking for Slinger to join our HS2 site in Brackley.
Requirements: CPCS Blue card – slinging all types all duties; driving licence and own transport
About the role:
- Establish the weight and dimensions of loads and communicate this information to the crane operator
- Select appropriate lifting tackle and attach and detach it correctly and safely
- Use clear and unambiguous signals to direct the actions of a crane moving loads of various weights and dimensions
- Determine the serviceability of lifting accessories, and maintain and store them.
Role will mainly require you to sling on tower and mobile cranes.
Rates: £16.81 per hour for the first 39 hours, 1.5x rate after that. PAYE Contract.
Hours: 7.30am – 5:30pm Monday – Friday (1 hour break each day)
Full time, ongoing role.
