Slots Manager - (Europe and Canada)

The Slots Manager (EU & CA) will be responsible for the European and Canadian Slots and Table Games performance, developing and implementing the Slots and Table Games plan - evolving and aligning to each brands individual Casino Strategies.

The role is responsible for leading the planning and strategic alignment of the Slots and Table Games products in EU & CA brands, steering the optimization of the Slots and Table Games proposition to achieve targeted NGR revenue growth targets from Casino and gaming products for each brand.

What will you do:

  • Responsible for the Slots and RNG Table Games Performance for EU & CA brands against budget plan.
  • The EU & CA Casino expert for Slots and Table Games Content - deep understanding of the market, product and the customers by brand.
  • Work with the Head of Slots, to work to the group Slots and Table Games plan, that drives growth & value by being 'best in class', market leading and differentiated to competitors.
  • Work closely with the brand commercial managers to ensure that the Slots & Table Games roadmap is optimized for each market, securing and developing relevant exclusives for each market to leverage into strong, relevant releases for all segments, including Acquisition and Retention levers.
  • Provide clear direction to the commercial managers per region on key games bespoke to each market, ensuring content is relevant and has the best chance at performing well.
  • Influence internal and external content suppliers, through ongoing feedback and clear distillment of brand and group requirements, adjustments and improvements to content made available to us, making sure content is tailored and effective for our players.
  • Have a wide lens on a range of content being released into the market, picking the best games per brand to help attain commercial performance targets.
  • Negotiate, drive and highlight key commercial opportunities through exclusives, funding or revenue share discounts, leveraging relationships with suppliers and size of the group to obtain highly preferential deals in areas we can capitalize on - ensuring these opportunities are surfaced and matched with the correct brands and aligned to their strategic requirements.
  • Under the guidance of the Head of Slots, Providing assistance to legal and compliance for regulatory or legal issues, to resolve or mitigate any threats that may arise

Who you are:

  • Excellent knowledge of the EU & CA Casino Market and in particular, Slots and Table Games
  • Experience managing large multi-region gaming operations
  • Conversant on regulatory and industry trends, changes and challenges
  • Experience in incident management - resolution, rectification and escalation where relevant, protecting the interests and obligations of the PML holders
  • Strong customer-experience and product vision
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the gaming industry and major competitors
  • Experience in a multi-brand, international business, working to a variety of brand pillars and strategies concurrently
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Excellent communication, influencing and leadership skills
