SalarySmall Works Manager Opportunity
Location: West Midlands
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 plus company van, 20 days holiday plus banks (increasing with length of service) and additional benefits.

Small Works Manager Responsibilities
- Join our client's dynamic team as a Small Works Manager. You'll play a pivotal role in overseeing our Small Works department.
- You will also be able to evolve this team and be heavily involved in recruiting it, as the business identifies this as a critical department.
- As a critical member of our organisation, you will lead a team of install engineers, schedule works, monitor site deadlines, and ensure smooth project progress.
- Your excellent communication skills and technical expertise will be instrumental in supporting and coaching team members to deliver exceptional results.
Other responsibilities will include
- Schedule and coordinate Small Works projects effectively.
- Monitor and control site deadlines to ensure timely completion.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders and team members on progress made on Small Works.
- Support and coach project team members with specific tasks as needed.
- Ensure all necessary project documentation and reports are accurate and produced on time.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Previous installation experience of fire and security systems is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong technical background in fire & security systems.
- Willingness to travel as required.
