About my client

Building Services Main Contractor providing civils, fabric, mechanical and electrical services.

Projects are across Hampshire, Dorset, West Sussex, Oxford and Surrey areas,

Clients range from NHS, MoD, Government, Local Authorities, Education and Commercial.

Project Values up to apx 1M

About this role

This role will be to work with multiple clients across multiple sites

You will be the point of contact for any queries and updates with the clients

Delivering an excellent service and ensuring that the client is happy and will renew contracts

Identifying new opportunities and developing relationships

Oversee all sites and ensure compliance and H&S

Manage the programme of works and manage the contractual obligations

About you

You will have come from a trades back ground within the mechanical building services environment

You will be very customer facing and be confident to liaise with clients of all levels

You will have experience of dealing with both JCT and NEC contracts

You will be experienced at delivering multiple projects concurrently across different sites

You will be able to gain full security clearance
