ABOUT THE ROLE

Suitable for a recent graduate with an interest in ESG this role will support the IBOS team in the set up and management of IBOS products and service line across the portfolio of properties.

A new and exciting role in a rapidly expanding team which falls between our Building Surveying and ESG streams. As an IBOS Assistant Project Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the IBOS team in the management of services and processes that support the core business of the service line. You will ensure that best practices are followed for maximum efficiency and that the most suitable working environment is attained for its employees and their activities.

WHAT MATTERS MOST IN THIS ROLE

A key part of the role is gaining good facilities management understanding and strong knowledge on typical mechanical and electrical systems in properties. You will become an expert in the understanding of the IBOS technology and analysis of the data captured within the technology. Keeping abreast of innovation within the market will be essential in ensuring IBOS is kept at the forefront of technological advances.

You will support the IBOS team in three core functions, installation project management, ongoing support and management of IBOS properties and wider product/service development responsibilities.

Duties will include:

  • Project manage, supervise and coordinate IBOS installation into properties
  • Be the main point of contact between IBOS teams including sub-contractor and on-site facilities team and/or principle contractor on installation work.
  • Monthly reporting, export and analysis of data captured at individual properties in line with monthly reporting requirements for each property
  • Overview role ensuring technical issues are resolved by Tech Partners on IBOS Platform and IBOS Engage App inline with SLA

Pre-requisites

  • Bachelor’s with honours in any of the following area: ESG, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management at lower second standard (2:2) or equivalent.
  • An understanding of hard facilities management with strong IT and an interest in Proptech and Building M&E systems
  • Driving Licence

Ability to travel across the UK as required.
