Job Description

To perform duties such as answering timetable enquiries, assisting Translink staff, helping customers face to face, at ticket vending machines, directional help, queue management and any other general customer service duties as required at Belfast Grand Central Station.

Essential Criteria

  • Minimum of 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including Maths and English.
  • Experience in a customer service environment dealing with customers face to face.
  • Experience in a customer service environment dealing with cash handling.

Desirable Criteria

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service environment dealing with customers face to face.
