About The Role

As a Contact CentreAdvisor within SMR, you will play an integral role in ensuring the delivery of a world class customer experience for multiple brands by acting as a focal point for customers that are booking recall, service, and repair work.
Base salary of £20,481.55 for 35 hour per week.
08:00 – 16:00 / 09:00 – 17:00 / 10:00 – 18:00 (rotating Sat/Sun 09:00-17:00 - with a rest day in the week)

What you’ll do…
- Achieve individual and department KPI`s and quality measures
- Use every contact as an opportunity to cleanse the manufacturer database
- Ensure any written communication reinforces the Brand
- Build and update product and process knowledge
- Take inbound calls & make outbound calls to customers
- Demonstrate 100% customer contact attempts
- Quickly build rapport with customers
- Capture customer feedback/information accurately in relevant systems
- Work as part of a team to drive improved performance
- Continuously develop your product knowledge and customer demographic awareness to tailor your conversations
To be the best, we want the best. We’re looking for Customer Service Advisors who:
- Have previous experience working in a customer service environment (Contact Centre or sales experience would be advantageous)
- Can utilise their sales skills in key areas while in calls with our customers; the ability to upsell products will work well in this team
- Have the experience and an understanding of what outstanding customer service looks like, you will be communicating with customers over the phone and via email
- Have the ability to handle customer complaints
- Demonstrate excellent PC & admin skills
