Snagging & Remedial Work Project Manager

Role Overview:
As a Snagging and Remedial Work Project Manager at Hallmark Care Homes, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our new luxury care home in Bath. This position is a 6-month fixed-term contract, and the successful candidate will collaborate with the General Manager, subcontractors, and various stakeholders to manage the end-to-end snagging and defects process.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Process Management: Oversee the snagging and defects process from identification to resolution within the care home in Bath.
Collaboration: Work closely with the General Manager, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely and effective completion of Remedial Works, prioritizing resident safety and experience.
Scope of Work: Manage various types of work, including decorating, mechanical and electrical (M&E), and landscaping.
Experience Requirements:
Prior experience in a finishing role.
Successful management of finishes from conception to completion.
Proven supervisory experience in on-site works.
Good knowledge of building products, construction details, rules and regulations, and quality standards.
Comprehensive understanding of all facets of the construction process.
