Salary: 51,666 - 60,336 DOE

Requirements

- Level 7 Social Care or relevant qualification - Minimum 3 years experience working in a Social Care setting - Full Drivers License & Car - Flexible to work days/nights/sleepovers

Job Description: We are seeking a contract Social Care Leader in Fethard, Co. Tipperary who has skills in contributing to the promotion and maintenance of a welcoming and caring environment, and providing a positive life experience for the young people in all aspects of their care and welfare. The ideal candidate will assist the Social Care manager, deputy manager, and senior management team in providing high standards of care and quality of service for young people. The Social Care Leader will be responsible for the day-to-day planning and coordination of shifts within the unit to which they are assigned. The candidate must be attentive to the primary care needs of each young person.
