You will also have 3 National 4s, or equivalent.You will assist in the creation and maintenance of a high-quality care environment in which children and young people are assured of safety and security. You will care for young people during the waking night shift hours as specified.You will have experience and understanding of working collaboratively with young people and their families and carers and understanding the emotional practical and Social Care needs of young people.
You will have experience of working effectively in a team, good communication skills (both written/verbal).
You will have the ability to undertake Moving and Handling and CALM procedures.
You will have the ability to work permanent night shift and to work up to 31 weekends.
You will be required to register with the Scottish Social Services Council within six months of being appointed.
