SOCIAL CARE RECRUITMENT ADMINISTRATOR ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
o Knowledge of Excel, Word and Microsoft Teams.
o Willingness to learn how to use onboarding software to ensure that reference and recruitment compliance and tracking is maintained.
o Confident telephone manner and strong customer service skills
o Knowledge of the adult Social Care industry.
o A good judge of character and inter- personal skills
o Creative imagination and skilled in writing job adverts and social media posts.
o A content creator with a flair for Tik Tok & Instagram.
o Self motivated and well organised
o At least one years experience in a similar role
The role of a SOCIAL CARE RECRUITMENT ADMINISTRATOR is key to ensure the smooth running of the business by ensuring that the individuals recruited are passionate about adult Social Care and share our ethos.
SOCIAL CARE RECRUITMENT ADMINISTRATOR DUTIES INCLUDE:
o Working with the Head of Operations & HR to ensure recruitment complaince is upheld
o Supporting all of our branches company-wide to ensure we are recruiting suitable candidates to support the care managers and their teams.
o Completing DBS checks
o Ensuring the Right to Work checks are completed
o Working with the Regional Trainer to ensure candidates complete their training in a timely manner.
o Organise and implement marketing strategies to support local recruitment to our high street branches.
o Attend Job Fairs in-house and at external venues.
o Work with the existing team to ensure continuous stream of candidates to relieve pressure on the care management colleagues.
