As a Support Worker working in Social Care, you will be responsible for helping our clients to live independently in their own homes. You will provide personal care, administer medication, assist with meal preparation, social calls, and home help, ensuring that our clients receive the quality care they deserve.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from £10.90 to £12.90 per hour, depending on experience, and provide additional benefits for drivers such as 45p per mile, an extra 50p per call, bridge crossing payment, and a mobile phone with unlimited data. We also offer full training, ongoing support for career development, uniforms, and shadowing, and extra training for complex clients.

This is a full-time or part-time position, with flexible hours ranging from 16 to 40 hours per week. We are community-based, meaning that you will work in your area and have the opportunity for overtime and weekend availability. To qualify for this role, you should have a full UK driver's license and access to a vehicle at all times. However, we have other Support Worker roles available, and we encourage you to contact us to discuss further. This role is subject to satisfactory references and an Enhanced DBS Check.
