Details: SEMH TA & School
- Primary School based in Hillingdon looking for an SEMH TA
- Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:30 am till 3:30 pm
- £425 - £520/week - paid weekly through PAYE (no traditional agency cuts)
- This primary school holds a successful conversion rate of SEMH TAs to Psychologists (e.g. Clinical, Educational etc)
- 1:1 &/or group support of students with social, emotional & Mental Health needs (e.g. anxiety, Autism, ADHD, learning difficulties etc)
- Supporting students with their development as well as fine motor skills
- Liaising with Educational Psychologists, SENCOs, Therapists & SLTs
- Regular mentorship to ensure you are on track to achieving career goals
The Ideal Candidate: SEMH TA
- Aspiring Clinical Psychologist (or individuals looking to get into Developmental, Educational e.g.)
- Holds a degree/master's degree in a related field e.g. Psychology (ideally 2:1)
- Holds prior experience working with students or vulnerable individuals (SEN/SEMH)
- Empathetic & ambitious individual with a willingness to learn
- Skills required - Communication, critical thinking, attention to detail, active listening
