Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively engaging with potential stockists, conveying product information, negotiating terms, and building relationships with salon owners & decision-makers.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills are necessary for managing a database of potential stockists, tracking communications and follow-ups, and prioritising tasks effectively.

Teamwork: The ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to coordinate efforts, share insights, and support collective goals and objectives.
