Social Media Assistant

Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing Social Media strategies to enhance our brand presence and engage with our target audience. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our digital marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement Social Media strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement

- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, videos, written) across various Social Media platforms

- Monitor Social Media channels for trends, opportunities, and customer feedback

- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all channels

- Analyze Social Media data and generate reports on key metrics, providing insights for future campaigns

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Social Media marketing

Experience:

- Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role

- Strong knowledge of Social Media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and their respective audiences

- Experience in managing Social Media accounts for brands or organizations

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas

- Familiarity with Social Media analytics tools to track performance metrics

- Basic understanding of public relations principles is a plus
