Social Media Content Executive

Based in a beautiful location in Henley-on-Thames, DB Charles Recruitment are working with an Accredited Medical Clinic & wider group business to help them identify and hire a new Social Media Content Executive.

The role is a super exciting opportunity for someone to make a real impact for the clinic & business on all things Social Media. They will be focussing on producing regular content whether it be videos, posts, blogs etc across all forms of social on TikTok, Instagram, Linked In, Twitter & Facebook with the aim to grow the businesses brand presence and help spread the word about the awesome stuff they get up to.

Duties for the role will be:

• Managing Social Media accounts across all forms including TikTok & Instagram
• Producing and posting daily creative postings, including videos & blogs
• Regular engagement with followers, comments & queries
• Producing a regular Social Media plan for the month ahead
• Being highly creative with posts and staying on trend
• Regularly organising of photos and interviews with staff to be used as content for future postings
• Working closely with Social Media editing apps and systems such as Canva
• Copywriting & proofreading
• Increasing Social Media presence, followers, and engagement
• Staying up to date with the latest Social Media trends
• Using analytics to monitor the performance of posts, aiding in future posts and engagement
• Researching and engaging with target audience

For this role the client is looking to see candidates / CV's with the following experience:

• Someone with a career background or personal love for all things Social Media.
• Someone able to demonstrate a working background or personal background in managing Social Media pages and creating creative content
• Someone able to demonstrate a successful personal or professional Instagram / TikTok profile.
• Must be creative and organised.
• Ideas driven
• Excellent written English skills
• Experienced with apps & systems such as Capcut, Light Room & Canva would be highly beneficial
• Ability to commit to a permanent office based role in Henley-on-Thames.

The role will be working Monday to Friday, full time office based from 8:30am to 5:00pm. The business are ideally seeking to pay a salary dependent on experience of anywhere between £23,000 to £25,000 per annum.
