Social Media & Content Manager

Role: Social MediaContent Manager– Fully Remote
Elevation Recruitment Group - Marketing Division are excited to be exclusively working with a business who are global manufacturers.
Salary- up to £43k per annum
My client is looking for an Internal Communications Business Partner to join their team. This person will manage the Social Media content calendars which enhance brand visibility and drive engagement for 5 key brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for development and delivery of engaging Social Media content 2for 5 brands from brand objectives and target audience(s)
• Responsible for scheduling all Social Media content for (scheduling only at this time due to size and scope of this account) – content will be provided
• Monitors and responds to comments and requests for information in a timely manner
• Foster relationships with BU stakeholders to develop ideas for content, sign off for the content calendar, and ensure cohesive brand messaging
• Support HR Team with raising awareness of vacancies (where applicable, may not apply to all BUs)
• Supports Divisional M&C team where required, this could involve writing communications, stakeholder management or supporting with content for presentations

Dimensions and KPI’s:

• All campaigns and posts scheduled and delivered on time, in line with SLAs
• Social media engagement (likes, shares, comments)
• YOY growth in brand presence, performance and coverage (e.g. followers, engagement)

Experience:

• Proven results of growing organic social channels without extensive paid activity
• Manging multiple Social Media accounts involving complex planning and scheduling
• Experience of using Social Media to support growth of employer brand
• Experience of using Social Media for lead generation
• Designing and writing Social Media content aligned to brand objectives and target audience(s)
• Use of Social Media for thought leadership, working with stakeholders to develop content
• Experience of working in a comms and/or marketing team

Skills & Knowledge

• LinkedIn and other Social Media channels
• Social media management tools
• Ability to design engaging content for Social Media
• Demonstrates a passion for Social Media and keeps up to date with latest innovations in AI and other developments
• Able to work with ambiguity and in a changing environment – an organisation with evolving maturity of communications as a discipline
• Fluency in English language with excellent communication skills and ability to influence at all levels In addition, Dutch or Spanish would be advantageous but this is not essential
