Role Overview:

Support Social Media Executive to create monthly content and manage all Social Media channels for Castrol including Castrol quarterly campaigns and ad hoc projects. Researches and analyses Social Media trends to help improve Social Media presence and campaign efficiency. Works with Senior Social Media and Community Manager and the community management team to ensure a smooth process is being delivered to the audience by ensuring questions are fed through to the client and their answers are delivered back to the community management team as quickly as possible to help increase response times accordingly.

Working with the rest of the Brand Response team on ad-hoc projects, campaigns and pitches.

Responsibilities:

  • Helps to manage Castrol social pages for each market
  • Works with the client to manage and activate campaigns and projects
  • Helps to develop engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which engage audiences and helps to build a Castrol community
  • Support with the process of scheduling into Sprinklr and ensure process for approval is followed
  • Working with Castrol Senior Social Media and Community Manager and the social community management team to increase social response times and effectively build a solid Castrol community
  • Works with analyst on monthly Social Media reports for each market by downloading data and sharing this to enable reports to be populated
  • Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within Social Media spaces
  • Monitors and develops reports on Social Media changes, developments and news
  • Assists overall social and Brand Response team with Social Media enquiries and support
