- Location: Bath (3 days in the office / 2 from home), due to their remote location you must be a driver.

We are seeking a Social Media Specialist with a proven track record in acquiring new subscribers and leads through paid Facebook campaigns and ideally some proficiency in Hubspot. This is a short-term contract with the potential to evolve into a permanent position. The ideal candidate will work closely with their editorial team to target and engage the desired audience using content-based campaigns and ensure seamless integration with Hubspot CRM.
Day-to-day of the role:- Build and implement new subscriber acquisition campaigns using paid Facebook ads.
- Collaborate with the editorial team to create targeted content-based campaigns.
- Work with the Hubspot administrator to integrate campaigns and capture new contacts from Facebook directly into Hubspot.
- Measure and report on ROI and KPIs, including cost per new member and the number of new members generated.
- Manage and optimise the budget for social acquisition campaigns.
- Monitor competition and provide strategic suggestions for improvement.
- Demonstrable experience running paid campaigns on Facebook, specifically for audience acquisition.
- Proficiency in using Hubspot (or other CRM) and integrating it with Social Media campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of social marketing tools and best practices.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with various departments.
